Apply for Supervision
Seeking a Family Addiction-Focused Therapist to Be Your Supervisor?
You’ve come to the right place! My specialty over the past 20 years of my practice has been working with individuals, couples, and families challenged by a loved one’s addiction. Now I am looking forward to helping other therapists do the same.
SUPERVISION FORMAT
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) supervisor, I offer both in-person and virtual supervision options to accommodate the needs and preferences of my supervisees.
We will meet on a regular basis, with sessions scheduled bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs and progress. Each session will be structured to provide meaningful and practical guidance to support your growth as a clinician.
MY SUPERVISION STYLE
My approach to supervision is collaborative, which means I view our relationship as a partnership.
I believe in working together to identify your strengths, areas for growth, and the specific challenges you're facing in your clinical practice. My style is flexible and tailored to your individual needs, creating a space where you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to develop your therapeutic skills.
OUR GOALS
As a supervisor, my primary goals are to support your growth and development as a clinician in a way that enhances both your professional skills and your confidence.
I will help you strengthen your clinical skills and help you develop a strong therapeutic identity. I’ll guide you in refining your unique approach to therapy, while ensuring that you remain grounded in ethical guidelines and professional standards. I prioritize helping you improve self-awareness and confidence in your practice, helping you to let your personality shine through. Feedback and support is ongoing and constructive guidance. My goal is for you to feel competent, confident, and empowered in your practice, with a clear understanding of how to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
